Welcome!

West 68th Street is a diverse and caring community.  Organized in 1971 and incorporated in 1993, the West 68th Street Block Association’s mission is to maintain our neighborhood and improve the quality of life for the people who live and work in our area.  We achieve our mission by organizing and coordinating efforts with residents and businesses, neighboring association and group leaders, local community boards, elected officials, law enforcement administrators, and government agencies.

We value your feedback. If you have a quality-of-life concern to report, please call, email or contact us by phone.

The West 68th Street Block Association welcomes your contribution.  While our organization is staffed with volunteers, our programs, including street beautification, pest maintenance, and block association community events require funding.  Your donation goes directly towards bettering the neighborhood and building our community.

The West 68th Street Block Association is a domestic not-for-profit corporation incorporated under New York Consolidated Not-for-Profit Laws Article 402 and as defined in Not-for-Profit Corporation Law Section 102(a)(5). We work together with business and property owners, residents, elected officials, city agencies, and law enforcement to build community, achieve a superior quality of living and maintain a safe and beautiful neighborhood.
